ShareWaste connects people who wish to recycle their kitchen scraps with their neighbours who are already composting, worm-farming or keep chickens. Now you can divert waste from landfill and turn it into new soil while getting to know the people around you!

Started by Eli and Tom in late 2016, ShareWaste has grown to be a free global platform connecting tens of thousands (and growing!) of people who care about environment. We believe organic scraps are a precious resource and should be treated as such rather than being discarded and buried in landfill where they just rot, produce methane and contribute to climate change. We aim to showcase examples of good behaviour and educate people to do the good thing.

ShareWaste is run by volunteers, works anywhere on the whole planet and is free. Come join us in our quest to make Earth a bit greener and landfills a bit smaller.
