Ingredients

Lovingly made from a careful combination of Australian beeswax, tree resin, organic coconut oil and  Jojoba oil.  When our bee folk formula is melted and applied to cloth the blend creates a pliable, water resistant wrap with an enduring natural adhesiveness, antibacterial and anti-fungal properties.

As a guide our 100gr bar can cover a set of five wraps:

1 large 35cm x 35cm, 2 medium 27cmx27cm and 2 small 18cmx18cm

About bee folk

Bee folk was born at home in Marianni’s own humble kitchen in the Northern Rivers. She never felt good using plastic cling wrap and then throwing it away. When Marianni first heard about beeswax wraps she was so excited about finally finding an alternative to single use plastic and soon started experimenting with her own beeswax wraps.. A friend gave her a kilo of beeswax from a local beekeeper and it felt and smelled so natural and good! She spent many hours researching and playing with different formulas of wax, resin and oil blends on her kitchen stove until she finally curated the perfect DIY beeswax wrap blend. Today bee folk has grown into a small family business and it is wonderful to see more and more people taking up the wax wrap idea and ditching single use plastics. Marianni hopes you enjoy the delightful process of making your own beeswax wraps with either her organic cotton and hemp cloth kits, or your own repurposed treasured fabric. Make your own beeswax wraps with bee folk - the natural alternative to plastic wrap.
